REFUND POLICY

Obtaining complete client satisfaction is our main priority. Within 10 days of the order date, you may return any unsatisfied purchases for a complete refund.

RETURNS

Our standard return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically can’t offer a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS ( IF APPLICABLE )

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item once we have received it. The acceptance or rejection of your refund will also be informed to you by us.

Once your refund has been completed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original mode of payment, depending on whether you were authorized or not.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS ( IF APPLICABLE )

Before your refund is officially posted, it can take some time.

EXCHANGES ( IF APPLICABLE )

Only when an item is delivered broken or defective we will replace it within 10 days. Send us an email if you need to replace it for the same item at at thriftyexpressstore@gmail.com and return your item to:

The expense of your own shipping for returning your item is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

We might be able to offer prepaid return shipping labels upon request and deduct the cost from your refund.

The amount of time it may take for your replaced item to arrive to you will depend on where you reside.

You might want to think about getting shipping insurance or choosing a trackable delivery service. We are unable to guarantee that we will get your returned item.
